At the end of each pumping cycle, the pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned. Different products are normally used for this purpose depending on the needs. RM® sells orange synthetic sponge balls and cylinders made by injection of different diameters and densities (soft, medium and hard), suitable both for cleaning pump arms and for distribution pipelines in general. For the cleaning of ground lines, made using curves with a radius of no less than 1,000 mm, RM® proposes the go-devil in 75 Shore polyurethane with very high resistance to wear and cleanout pipes and ball-catcher pipes.

BALL-CATCHER PIPE

CLEANOUT PIPE
The Vega® cleaning pipe allows the pipeline to be washed in perfect safety by means of a cleaning ball; it is equipped with two taps complete with quick couplings: one at the rear for compressed air or water supply and one at the side that allows rapid pressure release. Available for concrete lines from DN50 to DN 125. These components can be supplied with any type of connection ring to the line upon customer request.
